- I did major in Elementary Education, now Majoring on what God desires and calls me to do, whether it be pastoring or staying in teaching or whatever. For the last 2-3 years of my life I have handled things in exactly the way that I shouldn't. I was very depressed for a long period of time until I realized that the only way to help myself was not through a litany of expensive medications or long hours of therapy...it was through helping others! The Arete' Blog exists for anyone who might come across it who is discouraged and I am going to do my best to keep it a positive place for those who visit.
